NATIONAL GIRL CHILD DAY

The NATIONAL GIRL CHILD DAY is celebrated in India every year on 24 January with the purpose to  spread awareness among people about all the inequalities girl face in the Indian society.

The objective of this day is:

  • To spread awareness among people about all the inequalities girl face in society.
  • To promote awareness about right of girl child
  • To increase awareness on importance of girl education, health and nutrition.

RAPE IN INDIA : WHERE WOMAN ARE GODDESS

Another rape case this time in bihar; eyes injured with sharp object. In India,  we believe women as goddess, we tend to worship them . But flip side of coin is India is the place where woman get raped . According to reports , One rape was reported every 16 minutes in India in 2019.   This figure was 15 minutes in 2018.   In 2019, the national average rape rate (per 1,00,000 population) was 4.9, slightly less than 5.2 in 2018 and 2017 and these are the numbers of reported case and we all know there is large number of case which donot gets reported. In india , time is not far when news of rape will feel like sun rise from east which is very intimidating to think . In bihar's Madhubani a 15 year old deaf and mute girl allegedly gang rapped.  The girl eyes were injured with sharp object so that she can not identify the accused.
