Mariupol attempts second civilian evacuation after previous ceasefire violations

A second attempt to allow the evacuation of Mariupol citizens will begin on Sunday, city officials said. Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boychenko said the city has been left without water and electricity and denied "humanitarian corridor" after Ukrainian officials said a ceasefire broke down following the shelling of evacuation sites by the Russian forces.
